When I came in to look at buying a n I bought my last car here at Ray Skillman and the service is outstanding for both the sales and the maintenance. When I came in to look at buying a new car they had several to choose from, Jeff Pelley was there to greet me and Luke Metzger was there to show me all the Konas. Luke was extremely knowledgeable about the all the feature of the car. The test drive was perfect balance of highway and city streets and long enough really get a feel for the car. I also felt that the trade in for my car was very fair and the financing process was so smooth. I never once felt pressured to do something I didn't want to do. I plan to bring this car to their service center each time it is needed because I have always been treated fairly. I would highly recommend Ray Skillman Auto Mall West to anyone! More
