Everything was fairly routine, except no one came to the visitors waiting lobby to discuss what they found in their safety inspection. That’s ok, I guess, I just assumed nothing was wrong, no further action visitors waiting lobby to discuss what they found in their safety inspection. That’s ok, I guess, I just assumed nothing was wrong, no further action needed. However, I was told it would take 3-3.5 hrs. After 4 hrs of no one reaching out, I had to find a service manager in order to inquire about the status of my car. Once they found my manager, I was told it would be another 30min. In all, I was there for 5.5 hours with only one contact between me and the front desk. And it was contact I initiated. More

The service representative, Chris Keefer, was very polite and helpful and offered me a free car wash. The servicing only took an hour. The waiting room was comfortable.
