Worst buying experience I've had in 20+ vehicle purchases. Bait and switch tactics with vehicle add ons, dishonest sales people, incompetent finance manager who changed numbers on finance docs, re purchases. Bait and switch tactics with vehicle add ons, dishonest sales people, incompetent finance manager who changed numbers on finance docs, required us to re-sign all contract documents, still sent to us 6 times of incorrect documents before they were fully corrected and signable. Insulted us, yelled at us over phone, threatened us ..... the list goes on. Unbelievable they're still in business. More
