I bought a used car, the brakes were reported on the carfax as being replaced by this dealership. There are severe vibrations that weren't discovered on the test drive because our loop didn't have any carfax as being replaced by this dealership. I notified my salesperson the same day of purchase when I got home and they wouldn't do anything to remedy the problem. I wouldn't buy from them again, and I'll tell everyone I know to do the same. I scheduled my oil change and tire rotation on-line with a special price. When I arrived the special price was not offered and I had to ask for it. I even had to show the service manager the price through a special price. When I arrived the special price was not offered and I had to ask for it. The actual oil change and tire rotation took about 90 minutes. I also asked for some help with My Chevrolet app. The service manager said he could, but must have forgot as soon as I walked away.
