Darrin made purchasing a new car seamless. I went into the dealership knowing exactly what car I wanted (2023 Corolla Hybrid LE AWD), and Darrin met my requests with expediency. We immediately I went into the dealership knowing exactly what car I wanted (2023 Corolla Hybrid LE AWD), and Darrin met my requests with expediency. We immediately had an order placed without Darrin trying to sell me anything I didn’t request, he answered clearly any questions I had, and he made me copies of everything I signed. I left the dealership with his contact and promise to communicate in the weeks proceeding the car’s arrival. Darrin consistently updated me in the weeks to follow about the status of my order, flexibly tailoring his communication methods to fit my schedule (text/email). When the allotted car started being built with a different specification than what I preferred (the dealership can request so-and-so, but Toyota orders aren’t a guaranteed exact match), Darrin was able to request a change request to Toyota to build it with my preferred interior. Once the car hit the lot, I went into WRJ Toyota about three hours before they closed for the day, and I left with my keys in hand. Darrin sold at MSRP without any market adjustments like so many other dealerships do these days. (I did try to negotiate down from MSRP—which wasn’t possible—and I wasn’t able to remove mudguards that I didn’t order, but Darrin took off half of the price.) Darrin explained all of the car’s features, and he seemed to genuinely care about my customer experience even after I signed all the paperwork and walked out the door. He helped clear out my trade-in vehicle and set-up my new account/profile in my Corolla. He also followed up after my purchase offering his help in figuring out my new car and its features. I went into WRJ Toyota expecting the worst because I’m a flat-lander familiar with big-city salesmen exploiting consumers. But I had the total opposite experience with Darrin (Chris in Finance was also wonderful). The entire process was transparent, low-stress, and efficient. More

In particular Josh Harrington who patiently guided us through the new system of ordering just the right car. His calm smile was sincere and never wavered, he called and emailed as we waited for the car to be built, and he put up with my incessant, and probably annoying, questions when it arrived. He is a true asset to WRT and we know how lucky we were to work with him. We must also give a shout-out to Chris Hatch, who quickly and painlessly got us through the final paperwork. One may need a cup of coffee to keep up with him, but he could not be more pleasant. All in all, we thoroughly believe in WRT and are grateful they are within driving distance! More

I was in a bit of pinch when suddenly needing a new car. Without an appointment, I drove down to White River Junction from Burlington after work to look at a newly listed used car at White River Toyota. Though it was still being cleaned, Lucas was able to show us the vehicle and answered all of our questions without hesitation. He remained courteous and professional, never making me feel pressured. He even stayed late so we could come back and take the car for a spin! He kept in constant communication with me while waiting for the title to arrive, continuing to answer any and all other questions I had.
