Brian was by far the best person we have ever worked with to purchase a vehicle. He demonstrated patience as we figured out exactly which trim that my wife and I would be happiest with for the Grand Highland to purchase a vehicle. He demonstrated patience as we figured out exactly which trim that my wife and I would be happiest with for the Grand Highlander Hybrid, provided multiple options for trading in our cars, and at no point did I feel like I was getting pushed into options that I didn't actually need or to purchase the vehicle that day. He was honest with us throughout the entire process, and was very sweet with our 2 year old daughter yesterday when we came to test drive and purchase the vehicle. During our time together yesterday, we were interrupted a few times by another customer, and Brian handled this disruption with grace and was very apologetic about the delays it caused in the purchase process. We are exceptionally happy with our new vehicle, our experience working with Brian, and the entire WRT team, and will be coming back the next time we need a new car! More
