Oil change on vehicle as planned. Car service to and from dealership was great, however, it would be nice to have had a loaner car. The need to upsell on filters was unexpected. Interaction with parts department regarding cost of filters was disappointing. Would not give us part numbers for the necessary filters. This had never been an issue with other dealerships on other vehicles that we have owned, including Acura. We appreciate the car wash and getting us in on short notice. Thank you. More

We've purchased two new BMWs at BMW of Palm Springs and have had our BMW's serviced exclusively at the dealership. The sales staff is superb, knowing their product and highly professional. Ditto the servic have had our BMW's serviced exclusively at the dealership. The sales staff is superb, knowing their product and highly professional. Ditto the service staff. Much of this is due to the long tenure the service advisors have had with the dealership, the longest being fifteen years. All service appointments have been excellent experiences. More
