I would not recommend Toyota of Cedar Park for service. Tried to get me to purchase other “required” services but could not produce any documentation or verify these were recommended by Toyota. Finally a Tried to get me to purchase other “required” services but could not produce any documentation or verify these were recommended by Toyota. Finally admitted they were recommended by the dealership. Trying to make money off of loyal customers does not sit well with me. As soon as the maintenance contract I purchased is done I will not return there for service and will seek a different Toyota dealership to do business with. The technician who helped me, Jon Christian Hamm was very nice, and I understand, just doing his job by trying to sell me unnecessary services. I also have a problem with the amount of time it takes to get waited on when you pull into a service bay. I scheduled an appointment for 3:00 pm, arrived 8 minutes early and waited 22 minutes until someone waited on me. I do not understand why when there were more than a dozen people in Toyota uniforms standing around d talking. More
