Service advisors were not helpful. Dropped car off for one issue and 6 weeks later there was a new problem that we were not told about. We kept calling for updates and answers to the problem but were left on hold and did not hear back for days/ weeks before someone answered our questions More

my car got a 2000$+ repair on its cruise control system, less than two months later my “service adaptive cruise control” warning came in. I called in explaining I had just had my ACC diagnosed and repaired less than two months later my “service adaptive cruise control” warning came in. I called in explaining I had just had my ACC diagnosed and repaired by them. After over a month of waiting for an Appointment and my service advisor asking me if I was sure I didn’t hit anything with my car (no loaner offered but they could give me a discounted rental car at 45$ a day )They told me the part broken this time was “from previous bodywork” which was done in 2019 and that it would be an additional 1700$. I asked why it wasn’t found in my initial inspection of the adaptive cruise control system and was told “I don’t know that tech doesn’t work here anymore”. If you want a dealership who books service months out with no loaner, and then gives you a crap shoot of “I don’t know that guy doesn’t work here anymore I’m not accepting responsibility” then I recommend working with Nick from service. Absolutely ridiculous . Also mentioned that my car is “too old with too many miles” for a goodwill repair… it’s 5 years old with 77,000 miles. Jeep doesn’t stand behind their product or work they themselves did months earlier. I’ll be trading mine in for a different make after the service I received here. More

Today was the latest issue with brakes we just had done smoking like crazy. However, the awful review isn't for the repair issues. It's for the crazy disrespect and experience we had with the "manager" on duty. Disrespectful, cocky, power tripping downright mean to customers. Shockingly bad honestly. More
