Two recent bad services experiences the 1st one being after purchasing the vehicle and getting a complimentary oil change, they were unable to locate the keys which had been stuck in the drop slot for 1 after purchasing the vehicle and getting a complimentary oil change, they were unable to locate the keys which had been stuck in the drop slot for 10 hours. Only after I called to inquire about the status of my vehicle I was informed about the situation. Was advised that Chirs would contact me and he never did. Figured give them another chance. Took vehicle in for a tire issue, was advised that the tire could be plugged. Due to the fact that it is a hybrid and my understanding the wheels are somehow involved in the recharging process I was asked if I wanted a alignment, which I agreed too. The next day the tire was flat, due to distance from home to dealer and the fact that the spare tire has limited mileage and for safety I took it to a closer location. They said the plug failed and recommed a patch . (They said patch is abetter option) Not sure why this was not done to begin with. I spoke with the service advisor and requested a refund. I was told that he need to speak to his manager Chris. Chris contacted me on Monday agreed to refund the plug cost but not the alignment told me that they are in the business of giving the customer what they want the service advisor never told me that the alignment was not required nor did he ask any questions about how car was driving. I requested to speak with Chris supervisior Mike and when transferring the call he hung up . I am awaiting a call from Mike, This is the second bad service experience, More

Do not buy any preowned vehicle from these people. I bought a 2018 Toyota Highlander last week and was told they would fix my trunk before they gave the sub to me. They did not fix it and they tried to say I have to pay $1,000 for them to fix it and that's suppose to be 50 percent off. They do not care and will sell you anything. This location should not be selling any cars. Also their service manage or assistant Chris is extremely rude. They never apologized once and told me they just sell as is suvs. As long as it passes safety they could care less. They were willing to trade me into a new suv and charge me more money like that's a deal. These people are just ridiculous. More

They sold me a car in June with non-working rain-sensing wipers. It appears the original owner replaced the windshield with a non-Toyota windshield so they won't work. Their solution was to ask my insuranc wipers. It appears the original owner replaced the windshield with a non-Toyota windshield so they won't work. Their solution was to ask my insurance to cover a windshield replacement instead of them taking ownership of the issue, so much for a "Toyota certified used" vehicle. I won't buy again from these folks or bring my car for service here. Buyers beware of this place. Any attempt to contact any level of management gets discarded, it's shady business practices. 16Dec22: The car's windshield was replaced by Boch Toyota and now the car works perfectly. I bought my car at Boch and have been servicing here ever since. I find the employees to be very courteous and professional and am always satisfied the service . First time in for service- so I was a bit confused where to go. I asked a lady at the office multiple times and she just said “you need to speak with someone out there.” She could have showed me where to go to go. I ended up walking around trying to find someone to talk to. She was also rude when I came to pick up my car, as well. I never had any issues at other service centers.
