The metal key was NEVER cut to work for my car. Its a standard metal key that has not been cut. I reached out to AutoVA on 2/18/25 to find a resolution and have my key cut to unlock my vehicle. I was told that Chris from Sales would return my call. 2/19, no call. 2/20, no call. 2/21, no call. 2/21, no call. I called the dealership back each day, understanding people are busy and maybe forgot. I was told "We've told him several times to return your call." Finally, on 2/22, I comment on a facebook post of Chris. He deletes my comment and instantly facebook messages me saying there is nothing he can do. It took me almost a week, and resorting to facebook, just to get a response. Regardless, I should have been sold a vehicle with a working key. A key to access the vehicle. To unlock and start the vehicle if the battery dies. I have not had access to my car in almost a week. Went almost a week without a response. This is unacceptable. More
