4 stars is for the dealership, not the salesman. Dealership deserves 4 stars, but the salesman (Christoher Fitzgerald) deserves 10 stars. While the initial salesman had me contemplating going elsewhe Dealership deserves 4 stars, but the salesman (Christoher Fitzgerald) deserves 10 stars. While the initial salesman had me contemplating going elsewhere, Christopher asked for a second chance and over delivered. He was apologetic and more importantly very helpful to our purpose of the visit which was to purchase/Lease vehicle. Unfortunately, the initial saleman kept me from rating this dealership 5 stars. More

Malouf is the BEST!!!!! I am on my 3rd leased fusion from Malouf Ford. I had the pleasure of working with these folks for 6 years. They were wonderful then and equally as wonderful now. They believe in going above and beyond for all of their customers. Great customer service! Malouf made me a believer. I had many bad experiences with Ford dealerships. They made my experiences a total nightmare including leasing a 2019 lem Malouf made me a believer. I had many bad experiences with Ford dealerships. They made my experiences a total nightmare including leasing a 2019 lemon. Malouf was the only dealership that took time and patience to ensure that I would be reimbursed and given superior customer service.
