Chris made the process so quick and easy! I came in with a not-so-appealing trade-in and Cowboy Toyota was more than willing to take it off my hands. I was in and out in about an hour and a h I came in with a not-so-appealing trade-in and Cowboy Toyota was more than willing to take it off my hands. I was in and out in about an hour and a half (including financing), and picked up my freshly-detailed car the next morning! More

My first contact with Cowboy Toyota was by phone, and they were helpful and courteous/ I received a text from the sales manager asking if I needed any information. I also got a phone call from Chris Farmer Wednesday to make sure that we woulg be able to get t, got the financing and paperwork fonehere on Thursday; he would be there to help us and assured us that the car would be available. We had a 6 hour drive from our house to the dealership. We were glad that the car would be held until we could see it. we got there around 4:00 p. m. He met us, went over what he and we needed to do. He made a trade with us , got all paperwork gone, and we left with our newer car. More
