Josh was such a pleasure and so respectful of my time, but mostly he was so patient and professional. Throughout the afternoon, Chris was there providing tireless assistance and all with such a kind and energetic manner. Chris remained until the very end when he very patiently helped me get the Apple features all synced and walked me through all of the other features. These two made the whole experience so hassle free and enjoyable. They've continued to keep in touch and always answer their phones directly, which was so helpful during the first few weeks when I seemed to find new questions daily.
