Why I did the 3 star? I have problem with alternator on my 2013 Sorento. Plus was the technician make the possible repair quick in same day. But when I got my car I dis I have problem with alternator on my 2013 Sorento. Plus was the technician make the possible repair quick in same day. But when I got my car I discover my AC do not work. Because I work that day (Monday) I return Tuesday talk to Chris about that. He and service supervisor state my AC is leaking and this is the reason the AC do not work and they sad the repair man do not touch my AC, next they state my valve cover leaking oil and lot of another problems. I did not have time that day, I left. But because I have technical education I start check my car. I found the AC compressor was NOT plug in the connector was just hanging a side, battery connectors was NOT properly set and fasten, oil cap was not properly tight. Few weeks ( probably 3 ) before I did oil chance to, and when I did fix problem with the AC I check Oil level and discover the oil level was on low level. I think It will be good if your service mans will check they work before service department returning car to customer. I love KIA and they cars, and I will continue use them. But this is look like creating non existing problems for customer and make more money. I style like KIA. More
