Can It get any worse? Started off great and went downhill pretty quick. This would have been the quickest sale for the dealership ever. I walked in and made a decision in 2 Started off great and went downhill pretty quick. This would have been the quickest sale for the dealership ever. I walked in and made a decision in 20 mins. Ran into issues ranging from trying to push a "almost new" car with a scratch (in sales guy's words: don’t expect perfection) to nickel and dime for an I-Phone 6 cable. To top it, the sales guy clearly said "car is a Certified Pre Owned". And the following day during the closing he completely flips his story claiming never having the discussion wanting me to pay extra for certification. Beware of the Sales guy named Chris Dow. He clearly does not understand the value and responsibility that comes with part of the prestigious Mercedes brand. Lack of morals with blatant lies was the spirit of the transaction with Chris. Chris did everything he could to destroy the experience of owning a new luxury car. All he had to do was to man up and say "my bad, i gave you wrong information during sales process". I did the transaction only because I had picked my vehicle and I wanted to get it over with. More

pleasant experience burchasing a new car from MB Kenwood About a month ago, after previewing the SLK350 favorably at the Auto show down in Cincinnati , I decided to go look for a new car. I had previously ha About a month ago, after previewing the SLK350 favorably at the Auto show down in Cincinnati , I decided to go look for a new car. I had previously had a less than pleasant experience at a different MB dealership a couple of years ago, and I was seriously considering buying a new or certified car from a MB outside of Cincinnati. I was in fact, in contact with a dealer in Louisville, negotiating a certified car , when I walked into the MB dealer in Kenwood and saw the brand new car I was ultimately to purchase. While I was there a pleasant guy came out of the showroom(Chris Dow), and from that point on he made the whole purchasing experience a really easy . process. I already knew the blue book trade in value for the car I had , and also had an idea of the invoice price on the new car I was interested in, which I had obtained from my credit union previously. During the first negotiation MB Kenwood offered me more than I was expecting for my car, and the price they quoted for the new car was less than I was expecting to pay and so I came away happy. Buying the car was a very pleasant experience , in large part because of the easy manner of Chris , who really knows his cars and seemed fair and honest in every way. BTW the car is GREAT too More

One of the best car buying experiences I called to inquire about one of MB Cincinnati cars and was lucky enough to talk with Chris Dow. Chris was most helpful and addressed all questions. We discussed all aspects of the buying process and even arrived at a tentative price, all of which made the drive from Indianapolis to Cincinnati less stressful. The next day, Chris was busy with a client we arrived at the dealership. Eveyone else at MB Cincinnati made sure that we were well taken care of during our wait. When Chris was available, we completed our purschase and were on on way back to Indy quite quickly. Overall, I this was on of the best car buying experiences that I've ever had. More

my experience with mercedes benz of cincinnati my experience with Mercedes benz of Cincinnati is one that i'll never forget, I really had no intention of buying a mercedes benz, but from the day my experience with Mercedes benz of Cincinnati is one that i'll never forget, I really had no intention of buying a mercedes benz, but from the day I test drove one, I was sold. my sister bought a benz about 3 years ago in Illinois, and she told me about her experience, she said she never took hers for a test drive, only around the lot and she was sold. my salesman, chris dow, was awesome, from the first day I walked into the dealership he immediately greeted me, he took me around the lot & I looked at several vehicles, I left the dealership because I wanted to test drive what I thought was my dream car, I was back at the Mercedes benz lot the next day, I think the look on his face said it all (I knew you'd be back).
