Service intake process is efficient, however some repairs could use more quality oversight. I have had two water pump replacements where panel fasteners were missing. I bring my 2012 A6 in for regular servic could use more quality oversight. I have had two water pump replacements where panel fasteners were missing. I bring my 2012 A6 in for regular services and two major oil leaks were not detected. I was told Audis oil consumption rate increase with age whenever I complained about the low oil light coming on with less than a 1000 miles between refills. Now, I am spending over 7k for repairs that if they were caught during previous services they would be less costly because I wouldn't need to replace the underbody panels. I feel that Jim Hudson,s military discount upto 100.00 max is a slap in the face to Veteran and active duty service members. More
