spent over 4 hours of our time (2 days). the buying process needs to be streamlined to significantly reduce the buyers time to purchase a vehicle. percy made many many trips back and forth b the buying process needs to be streamlined to significantly reduce the buyers time to purchase a vehicle. percy made many many trips back and forth between the customer and manager (totally unnecessary).i also feel like they keep your trade keys hostage. the should be returned to the customer immediately after verifying milage and vin. these are the things that make this process less than good.
