Montgomeryville Nissan “Owner”, please get you story right!! NO ONE added 3 years to my warranty!!!! I paid over $6,100, that’s right, over $6,100!! The sales mgr added 3 years of oil changes to my right!! NO ONE added 3 years to my warranty!!!! I paid over $6,100, that’s right, over $6,100!! The sales mgr added 3 years of oil changes to my service but clearly you retracted them!! However, Matt in finance has been a big help!! Also, when you want to direct calls to Jim Marr, Jim Marr is the problem!! He’s rude, condescending, yells and talks over customers who pay a lot of money just so he can scam you out of the Warranties you pay for!! The women that answers the phones in your service department should be your directed! She’s professional and Acknowledges your concerns!! Make sure you get your stories straight before you post I’m getting an extended 3 years!! What a joke!! More

Usually excellent service. After my service in November, there was an oil spot on my driveway after the oil change. After another hour+ at the dealer, they appear to have corrected the situation. More

I made my appointment, I was taken on time, the work was done professionally, and I was kept informed. At the end, everything was explained clearly and my car was even washed.
