The tech was nice but I was rarely contacted about my vehicle. I had to call to find out what was going on and I had to return 3 times in order to get my vehicle fixed correctly. I am hoping and praying vehicle. I had to call to find out what was going on and I had to return 3 times in order to get my vehicle fixed correctly. I am hoping and praying that everything is solved this time. I think a customer service training may be helpful to the team. For example, how to keep in touch with your client from start to finish when they drop the vehicle off. A class like this may be helpful. Each time my vehicle was at this location, I never heard back during the interim, until it was time to pick my vehicle up. As I stated, I always had to call to get updates. Also, if a customer’s car is there for over a month, it would be nice to get it back washed and vacuumed. :) More

Montgomeryville Nissan has always been my go to dealership for purchasing my vehicles . Now it’s my go to dealership for my service. Although it’s not very local to my home . I took my car in for a recommended repair. It was easy to schedule and I dropped my car off the night before since the job would take a while. I was informed we when they first started working It was easy to schedule and I dropped my car off the night before since the job would take a while. I was informed we when they first started working on the car, then when it was done. I was already informed of the cost of the repair so that wasn’t shocking and it was done pretty quickly. They had even given me a coupon back previously that I could not use at that time. I was very happy with the service. More
