I’ve been buying cars at this location since 2018, but the type of experience i had today was just a nightmare. A gentle had me and my whole family sat down for one hours with no updates or whatsoever. I the type of experience i had today was just a nightmare. Erik, i think you’re not a good sales person, if you were really one you would have known that when you get a customer displaying some serious buying behavior, you don’t let them like that, NO you do not pass them to a novice sales person with no experience at all….. i came there with5k down payment and had to leave with that money in my pocket. More

No answers - no payoff I purchased a car three weeks ago and paid off half the amount of the new car, yet they still have not paid off my trade (less than 1/4 the amount of I purchased a car three weeks ago and paid off half the amount of the new car, yet they still have not paid off my trade (less than 1/4 the amount of the down-payment). They had no problem cashing the down payment check the next business day, but they have not paid off my trade in over 22 days. I have called the dealership twice a day, and have never received a call back from my sales person, Chris Carter, or the first finance manager I spoke with, Sean. If I get someone on the phone, they tell me they're "working on it" and that they "haven't been able to get details from their finance department." That is beyond scary. I am still paying car payments on a car that has not been in my possession for almost a month. Never do business with this dealership. More
