The worst service I have ever had there, and not sure if the correct things were done. I went in for a 60,000 mile service, and knew it would be pricey, which is fine if the service is good. However, simple the correct things were done. I went in for a 60,000 mile service, and knew it would be pricey, which is fine if the service is good. However, simple things weren’t done, which makes me question if anything was done. As I was driving home, I used a bit of washer fluid, and the light came on for low washer fluid. I spent $1300 for a service, and the washer fluid wasn’t even looked at or replaced? But on the check list, it says that it was inspected and at a good level, but it clearly wasn’t. The last time I was in, they measured my passenger right rear brake pads at 3mm and tried pressuring me to get them changed. I unfortunately didn’t have the time then, and figured I’d get them replaced at this visit if needed. When I came in to get my car, I asked about the brakes, and they stated they were okay this time but might need to be changed next time. And on the sheet, it didn’t have a measurement, it just said “yellow” mm. So were they okay and last time the customer service agent tried scamming me into getting new brakes before I needed them, or did they not look at the brakes this time? There was also no video sent this time by the mechanic which is usually done. And if this was a regular oil change, alright, things happen. But I spent $1300 with the assumption my car was being taken care of, and honestly I am questioning if anything was even done because of the points above. I am very agitated at this service if I can even call it that, and am debating whether or not I trust your business to ever take my car back and have it serviced there ever again More
