I am so disappointed in my last experience with their service department. My car had a computer issue for the second time in six months. It went into limp-mode and wouldn't drive over 9 mph. It was sugg service department. My car had a computer issue for the second time in six months. It went into limp-mode and wouldn't drive over 9 mph. It was suggested by the service department that I drive my car to them. I had to call for a flatbed to take my car there. I was told they had no loaner vehicles, so I had to rent a vehicle (at my expense). There were so many things that went wrong during this whole experience (including the fact that they sent an Uber to pick me up from the car rental place). I had never Ubered in my life, and getting into a car with a strange man made me very uncomfortable, The saddest part of all of this? Our salesperson Darrin is the best! We bought a couple of cars from him. But I can no longer deal with a dealership whose service department dropped the ball constantly during this entire experience More

I had an issue with the driver door not closing properly and the PPF on the car. Leo and Chris took care of both problems. They provided me with excellent service. I could have not asked for anything better than what GSM Todd Kravitz and my favorite sales associate Danielle Jackson did for me !
