Stay away from this outfit! There was a recall for faulty door switches. I went there in May with good working windows. They claim they changed it out. 6 Months later my w There was a recall for faulty door switches. I went there in May with good working windows. They claim they changed it out. 6 Months later my windows would not work. I brought back my van to have them replace the faulty switch which THEY installed or didn't? They don't let you see what they are doing. I was told I would have to pay $200.00 for a 24 point check up and if it is the switch they would deduct the $88.00 which was part of the recall! I was also told The truck was out of Warranty. This was a recall! It was done in May of 22. I was also told its 2023. More

I’ve been ruined , robbed and much more ! !! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY !! Please !! PAY ATTENTION TO THEIR “buy as is” 24 days after the purchased our chevy sylverado of 28,000 dollar !! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY !! Please !! PAY ATTENTION TO THEIR “buy as is” 24 days after the purchased our chevy sylverado of 28,000 dollars broke down completely with major damage ltransmission) I feel like this people was not honest with the vehicle they sold back to us in Feb 8th 2022. We noticed the vehicle had a dent in the back right side, and we thought well that's what they are referring to "buy the car as it is" not a big deal … Two weeks later after we purchased the car, we noticed it was making weird noise, we thought we were passing near a train station. We didn't pay attention until the car broke down March 4th at 8 : 38 pm.(24 days after the purchased) We called a towing company to transfer our vehicle to our drive way where is located at this moment. I contact the sales guy Mr. Hector Gonzalez left a text message no response. I spoke with the lady in charge of the tag she couldn't do anything about it . Emailed the entire staff no one responded.. This people still sold a vehicle in those conditions DO NOT BELIEVE IN THEIR INSPECTION REPORT!!! a copy of “their inspection report” back in January 27 ,shows tnithinh but a good car condition ..I'm thinking how can you guys didn't notice this ? how can you signed and inspection as mechanic and be part of this scam? Business credibility is important you don't do this to people then act like nothing happened . My car still in the drive way I don't have a vehicle to go to work. I get it everyone wants to make money but not by lying or taking advantage of people like us that didn't know anything about cars. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP Would give 0 star, even negative star if possible. The experience my family and I had buying a 2018 Traverse last year was the type of experience you Would give 0 star, even negative star if possible. The experience my family and I had buying a 2018 Traverse last year was the type of experience you put on Youtube and title it: Worst Car Dealership Experience Ever. We noticed that the car itself, and the car sticker features did not match. It says that the car had a black bowtie which cost around $500, but the car we bought didn't have one. So we called the worst sales consultant ever, Bryan Jordan from Jim Browne dealership Chevy, and asked him to refund the amount. After learning the reason of the call, he hangs it up every time, and does not reply to any of our texts anymore. Finally we were able to get a hold of a manager, and the amount was refunded after 2-3 months of countless text messages and hours of trying to call anyone from their dealership to deal with it. THEY WERE NOT HAPPY that they had to refund the amount. I'm not yet done. Within a month of buying a 2018 Traverse from them - which was the biggest mistake my family and I ever made (you're better off buying from a different dealership), we had some issues with the car regarding squeaky doors. We do not live in the Tampa area, and we have to drive about 2 hours to get to Tampa. But when we came in to have the brand new car fixed and seen, they just brushed it off, practically shewing us away like some flies without even checking what's wrong with the car, dismissed and told us we can leave after 5 minutes of arriving at their dealership, and told us to "contact the manufacturer because we can't do anything about it." Long story short, we have decided to take all of our services done at our local Chevy dealership, and not deal with Jim Browne Chevy ever again. Their manager also signed an IOU for a car part they have promised that comes with the purchase to be shipped in 2 weeks or so. It's already been a year and a month since that promise and still no package. So if you who are reading this review and looking to buy a car from Jim Browne Chevy, deal with a different dealership. You will be happier for it, I guarantee you. More

Kept their Promise I would recommend Jim Browne Chevrolet Tampa Dealership to all my friends and family because they kept their word in providing a solution to my es I would recommend Jim Browne Chevrolet Tampa Dealership to all my friends and family because they kept their word in providing a solution to my escalated issue with a car I had purchased in June 2018. The vehicle had manufacturer issues which prevented me from driving and is still being worked on but After a month and a half of not being able to utilize my vehicle I was still making payments on, I asked for the Executives to assist with providing a resolution to my ongoing issue. The General Manager called me in for a meeting including the Director of Service and Used cars which turned out with all of them wanting to make me happy again. They replaced my vehicle with another vehicle that was operational and with lower miles. My New Vehicle does not have all of the features of my old one but they also made it right by adding leather seats, window visors, tinted windows and a one Year subscription of onstar for navigation. Long story short, I’m now happy and satisfied with the services provided by Jim Browne Tampa and would like to Thank the following people for making this right for me: Jim Brown(Owner), Christopher Brown(CFO), Mark Hover (Director of used Cars), Andrew Gentile(Service Director), Camila Venegas (Finance Manager) and Jonny Carson (Sales Associate). They all Get an “A” for Customer Satisfaction. More
