Hi;I didn't want to write these, but I wanted to tell you about the bad experience I had. I made an appointment with your service and advisor based on my friend's advice and Google reviews. But while I was t about the bad experience I had. I made an appointment with your service and advisor based on my friend's advice and Google reviews. But while I was telling my complaints about my vehicle, he forgot a few of them and I told him the service paper while I was checking it. Additionally, I did not receive any document or paper copy proving that I had drop my vehicle or pickup the loaner vehicle. I have not received any email, SMS or phone call regarding the service process of the vehicle. I tried to call my service advisor and get information and sometimes I couldn't reach him. When I called him, he said the vehicle was ready and I could pick up it. Since I had no information about the service status of the vehicle, I told him that I could come 2 days later. But they insisted on bringing a loaner vehicle. and he said we can deliver to you.But I refused because I wanted my car not to be used by anyone else and because I was working by traveling. not him but someone else called me and got information. Additionally, some of the problems I complained about in my vehicle still continue. When I asked for time at another service before, they gave me time and I was constantly informed(papers copy,sms link,email and phone call) about the vehicle. Thank you! More
