Nick was a very polite non pushy salesman that was able to secure us a fair deal for both sides. Never saw Mr. Holly. Awaiting call from him for unresolved issues of financial person's not canceling gap insurance (thus causing $80 increase in monthly loan pay Holly. Awaiting call from him for unresolved issues of financial person's not canceling gap insurance (thus causing $80 increase in monthly loan payment) and dent not seen except at pickup that was not addressed by salesman. Friendly, clean environment, listened to what I wanted/needed. UPDATE: Mr. Holly followed up: unable to resolve crease in panel. The site and other areas needed were painted. Spoke also with financial person, my mistake...additional costs were for warranty, etc. Reconnected with salesperson. Thank you to all! More
