I feel like my concerns were not take seriously. I felt very dismissed. The manager made a statement that he said was a joke but I didn’t think it was funny. My time didn’t seem to matter. I still have a broken front grill that I thought could be fixed and not necessarily be replaced. I’ve been told several times that I didn’t buy a new car and that every little thing could not be fixed. I was not asking for that and I am well aware of the fact I purchased previously owned. The salesman always says he can only do what his manager okayed. This is financed for far longer than I wanted so I don’t want to ride around with obvious issues. I take responsibility for not taking a better look before buying. I’m used to buying new. This is only my second pre owned. My last couple of cars were purchased at Regal and has always been satisfied up until now. More

This is my second new vehicle that I purchased from Regal. The financing went fine. Only two things that needs improvement really three. The K5 GT that I eventually brought was showing online as in the Regal. The financing went fine. Only two things that needs improvement really three. The K5 GT that I eventually brought was showing online as in their inventory but was really in transit. The price of any new vehicle that you buy from Regal comes with a package that's around $3000 on top of the msrp of the vehicle you buy. Some customers may not want the package but it seems like they equip the new vehicle with it! My K5 GT was delivered and the package was installed PDI! Window tint, door guards and more are part of that package. I'm a believer if you are buying a new vehicle you should decide what you want and don't want on it! Most dealers are doing this like a mark up on these vehicles! Most dealers in Lakeland are doing this with different packages so Regal doing it doesn't surprise me. Also during financing you are presented with extended warranties and service packages! Again you should choose what you want and don't! But I took several of the packages because I saw value of them! Unlike the packages for the tint and other features that are put on the vehicles price! These days and time when everything is so expensive, if you are blessed enough to even purchase a new car you should be able to not over pay for that car!! All in all would I buy from Regal again! Yes! This is my 2nd new car that brought from them! Nobody is perfect just which they work on the things that I've mentioned! And Orlando was the best!! Went to pick up my new K5. It wasn't ready yet! Had to wait a hour to drive it off the lot but Orlando took care of me! Wasn't his fault! More

I will never buy another vehicle from regal again. I had a problem with the vehicle that I purchased, two weeks after. I called the salesman, to let him know the situation. I inquired about the warran I had a problem with the vehicle that I purchased, two weeks after. I called the salesman, to let him know the situation. I inquired about the warranty. He didn't want to help. He inferred that I was a lier. Hung up the phone on me. I called back and spoke with Chris Boswell ( very helpful ). Explained what happened, he told me to bring my vehicle in for service. I arrived at dealership. Spoke with Chris and asked to call the salesman in to find out why he hung up on me. The salesman came in, became defensive. Said he wasn't going to stand there and be belittled by me. When I only asked why he hung up on me and is that how you treat customers that just bought a vehicle from him. He said to me that he was going to call the police and have me arrested. That he had taped the conversation I had with him and that I got irate with him. I asked him to play the conversation that he taped. He got angry and told me I was going to jail. I said that is fine. Now I'm recording this incident. Unfortunately I hit the wrong button on my phone. Then I simply asked why he hung up on me. The salesman stated " because you're a clown." I asked what did you say. He exclaimed " I said you're a f---ing clown. By now I was bewildered. I said you're calling me clown. He proceeded to step back, reach in his pocket and he pulled out mace. I asked, oh now you are going to mace me? He replied, yes I am. And you are going to jail. Police showed up. Told me I wasn't going to jail. Thought the situation got a bit out of on control. I asked for the person who ran the dealership. A manager Sonny ( very nice person )was called. He explained to me that this is not how we treat customers. He and Chris worked to get me a loaner while they worked on my truck. I left. Picked my truck up later that day A week later my truck is back in the dealership to be worked on again. How would you rate yourself? More
