Our salesman misrepresented the car, and then was either fired or quit before the deal was complete. Alex stepped and did as well as could be expected. When we called we were told we could bring it back which we did. They redid it, and when my husband pointed out places that were still not good, he was told they didn't have the equipment to do it. Justin did a great job trying to get answers for me and checking for a fax that Hyundai Finance was supposed to be sending for me. I feel Justin went above and beyond and I really appreciated his time and effort. I had dealings also with Kate Reshni and also your sales person Ron Jewett.
