Having a car - any car - does require various visits to the service department for various reasons. As opposed to buying and taking ownership of a new or used car, having to get service is not always a hap the service department for various reasons. His love and appreciation for the brand is always apparent, as is his appreciation for the customers who service their vehicles at MINI of Ramsey. Mark will answer any question you have, fully explain what needs to be done and why, and will even bring you to see your car in the shop so it all makes complete sense. He’ll also offer any available options in order to save you money where he can. Once complete you can be fully confident that Mark and his incredible team of expert MINI technicians have performed their jobs with the respect and consideration they would if they were working on their own cars.
