It was interesting because the car I wanted, the BRZ, was not in stock. Chris worked magically to describe the BRZ's performance, handling, and features using the brochure alone. Both Chris and his manager, Frank, worked to discover that another dealership in the area who also had none in stock had a manual transmission on order in the color I wanted. So I actually ended up buying the car site unseen. Kudos also to the woman in finance who meticulously walked us through all the contractual parts of the deal. I ended up, including a number of extended warranty features to the purchase. More
