South Bay Hyundai pulled through for us! We wanted the Santa Fe Hybrid Calligraphy with black exterior and gray interior. The Anaheim Hyundai dealership originally said they’d be able to get We wanted the Santa Fe Hybrid Calligraphy with black exterior and gray interior. The Anaheim Hyundai dealership originally said they’d be able to get this for us but after sitting in their dealership for 2 hours, they failed to get us the deal we needed. We called South Bay Hyundai and Chris said “let me get on this, tell me exactly what you want and the deal you need and I’ll make it happen. I won’t waste your time.” Chris did exactly that! They were helpful, professional and very easy to work with. Highly recommend! More

It has been an extremely disappointing experience. It is a matter of getting a good car but still being taken advantage of. We bought a certified pre-owned used car. We received the representation of It is a matter of getting a good car but still being taken advantage of. We bought a certified pre-owned used car. We received the representation of all that had been completed. They did not have a second FOB/key, which they indicated had been checked. They assured us they would order one for us. Three months later, we do not have an ETA, and when we do get a response, it is via email (not returning any calls) and to say, "I need to check with my manager" on the status of the order. Meanwhile, we called another Hyundai, who, for $500, would have no problem ordering and delivering the FOB. $500 is no light expense. Given we already paid for it in the price of the used car, it feels like a large dealer just scrimping because we are not a likely repeat customer. Again, you assume that a Hyundai dealership worries about its reputation enough that they can be trusted. In this case, we were wrong. More

I love the fact that after waiting for less than five minutes. Nicole Nelson approached my vehicle asked may I help you. After explaining I had a Service appointment for 9:00AM Nicole listened to my co minutes. Nicole Nelson approached my vehicle asked may I help you. After explaining I had a Service appointment for 9:00AM Nicole listened to my concerns patiently. She directed my granddaughter and I to the waiting area. Once the service was completed Nicole explained that all of my concerns for my Hyundia Tucson had been taken care of. Nicole was profession, polite and she got the job done. Kudos to Nicole Nelson.
