Can u give anything lower than 1 star. I’ve been fighting with them for 2 months to get my trade in amount paid off. No one will answer at the dealership I only get voicemails and empty I’ve been fighting with them for 2 months to get my trade in amount paid off. No one will answer at the dealership I only get voicemails and empty promises. I’ve been waiting in an over night check for 2 and a half weeks. No such luck. Do not buy from them. More

THE WORST Service Departmant ever. We made an appointment for 8:00 A.M. Monday morning. It's Wed afternoon and they still have our car & can't tell me when it will get looked at. The receptionist while pleasant, had no answers & didn't understand why I was upset. I don't know Chris Aligood, he is apparently off work & according to the receptionist no one was in charge today. Bought a vehicle from them back at the end of August. The buying experience was multiple delays and numerous attempts to sway me away from my buying plans. The final purchase felt rushed; though I understood the reasons for it. However, the biggest gripe is it has been over two months since my purchase and my license plate has yet to arrive. I've checked with the Department of Revenue - Vehicle Division and my local tag office multiple times; they have reported the documentation has yet to be started. More
