The service center was great. The guys did everything they could to get our vehicle fixed. Due to the inability of Stellantis to configure a defect code to diagnose the issue, A The guys did everything they could to get our vehicle fixed. Due to the inability of Stellantis to configure a defect code to diagnose the issue, AR of Strongsville was handcuffed to repair our Tonale quickly. Due to the inability to figure out a code as to what was wrong, we had to wait five (5) weeks to get our Tonale back. This wasn't their fault, but being without a vehicle for that long and to not receive any compensation for it was and has soured us on Alfa Romeo. I would love to talk to someone at Stellantis about this. Chris and Mike were very nice to work with, and I applaud their efforts to try to get us fixed quickly. More
