I do appreciate your having him on your staff! In the Service dept. on Monday, only Anthony and Roger were there checking in and helping those who had appts. Anthony C. did a patient and good explanation of the newer GM cost plans now in effect, which I hadn't known about. Seeing how super busy the service area is, hopefully the dealership will be able to hire more service associates and GM mechanics to help expedite clients' services. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and they tried to sweep the rug underneath me by changing our contract without consulting me.
