Mr. Yu service is excellent. Ivan was on the phone call for a while( my original service agent) Mr Yu step in to assist me. After, I was in the waiting room. Ivan came over to let me know he was in inspec for a while( my original service agent) Mr Yu step in to assist me. After, I was in the waiting room. Ivan came over to let me know he was in inspection call. I was surprised & happy he did that. Mr. YU called my car is ready. His (a couple) customer was there complaining that they bought the car 3 years had problems etc. He was patience listening while I was waiting. Then he pass papers to Ivan sifted close him to help me. When Mr Yu finally finish w/ that customer. He go back to Ivan's desk explain my tires condition is still ok That is good he finished with me. Prior..Ivan on the other hand ask me I'd I drove the freeway I said locally he explained also that's why my brake pad worn-out faster use more break. Come back in 2 months to check. They both are excellent service Agents. Thank you More
