I would consider myself someone who genuinely cares about serving my customers wants & needs, not my own. I am always very honored humbled every time I earn a customers faith, trust & ultimately their business. Not just 1 time but for a lifetime. Referrals are the core of giving a customer an overwhelming great experience. They are worth their weight in gold. No amount of money a dealership can spend will buy that kind of advertising.
