Cheyenne Fonesca, has been my sale representative at Kia in Coral Springs for the past 5 years. I have purchased 7 automobiles, from him in that time. I feel comfortable in my dealings with him. He is a chi in Coral Springs for the past 5 years. I have purchased 7 automobiles, from him in that time. I feel comfortable in my dealings with him. He is a chill guy and mostly fair. I work only with him, because he keeps the xx to a minimum. The Management Team could use more experienced people. Their communication skills are somewhat lacking. Also, they should present themselves in a better manner. Perhaps, an upgrade in attire and less smoking while on the job. Lastly, I would recommend an area or office set aside specifically for loyal and good customers. A way of showing customers like me, that we value you and appreciate your time/business. Aside from Cheyenne, who knows me very well the Management Team hasn’t a clue as to which customers they need to give special attention to. There is a total lack of acknowledgement by the management. This is not a wise business move. Repeat customers want to feel like they are valued, acknowledged and welcomed back to the dealership. Treat good customers like you would family. To be honest, this dealership almost lost me as a customer. I bought a K5 2025 (cash) AND a Telluride 2025 (lease) in one day 12/20/24. I didn’t feel like a valued customer. The Management Team played games “miscommunicated” the terms of my deal. I almost walked out. They didn’t seem to grasp the magnitude of not being forthright, with your good customers. I understand that selling/buying an automobile, is somewhat of a back and forth deal. However, I was not a person off the street that was browsing. Every single time, I step into the Coral Springs dealership I walk out with a car or two in this case. I hope this helps, in improving loyal customer relations. Thank you. More

Coral Springs Kia valued my 2024 Chevy Colorado trade at $45k, both in writing and verbally several times before I drove all the way up there. When I arrived they needed to appraise my truck to be sure it w $45k, both in writing and verbally several times before I drove all the way up there. When I arrived they needed to appraise my truck to be sure it was in fact in new condition, which it was. Well, about an hour or two later they said they couldn’t give me what they promised, despite my truck being in new condition as I told them it was. Needless to say, I wasn’t happy and after I discussed it with both the sales manager and the general sales manager I left. Shortly after leaving Cheyenne (salesman) and I were texting and I came up a bit from where we were originally and he said they would do the deal, so I returned. In the end I lost out on $500 from what was previously agreed to and confirmed by Torrey and the sales manager. I wasn’t 100% satisfied, but happy that I could make a sale with Cheyenne after all the back and forth. I would consider doing business again with Coral Springs Kia, but I would highly suggest that they do not guarantee or assure people of a trade-in value if they can’t live up to it 100%. More
