We recently purchased another (much more expensive) car from another dealer and the entire process took about half the time. I think there could be some streamlining of events that could make the process quicker but that is minor. The experience was great. I look forward to buying accessories for the truck from them More

Quebedeaux is okay - but just "okay". We shopped quite a bit and their facility and "customer comforts" don't stack up to many other dealerhsips. He does a great job. Their finance "selling" department is probably not much different than any finance department. Much like a timeshare closing department. They have ten different comebacks to your "no's" to add-ons. This is where a dealership adds a lot to their profits and they are not giving up easy. I've made a personal commitment to myself to sell and buy outside of a dealership (AutoTrader, etc.) from here on out. More
