I had the best experience with Northlake Kia. My first interaction was with Cheryl (who is the sweetest). She paired me with Matt who is patient and kind. Nothing positive to say. 20 days for a hybrid repair that is still not quite right. 3 separate in service trips. Quote $3700. Bill $4300. Quote $250 for valve cover gasket. I sent an email on Monday 9/14/2020 to see a used Mercedes. I agreed to a VIP appointment for Saturday 9/19/2020 at 11:45am to view the vehicle. I was call two hours before my appointment to say the vehicle was gone. More

Of course these uncaring managers have no concern about wasting people's valued time, only to get you to come in under false pretenses to spend more money on something you don't want.
