staff is courteous. the waiting area is comfortable. this time they did NOT leave grease/oil on my steering wheel, although they left some on my floor mat and seat belt. the waiting area is comfortable. this time they did NOT leave grease/oil on my steering wheel, although they left some on my floor mat and seat belt. I can clean the mat, but assuming they rubbed dirty clothes against my seatbelt, it left a grease/oil stain on my good white shirt. NOT happy about the sloppiness there. More

When we purchased are 2016 Traverse, Kenneth are salesperson was very polite and helpful us get a great deal with a payment we could afford. And today 6/26/24 they changed the oil and rotated the t salesperson was very polite and helpful us get a great deal with a payment we could afford. And today 6/26/24 they changed the oil and rotated the tires, they were fast and very polite. And they made sure that I received all the rebates and discounts. I would Highly recommend Boland Chevy to everyone!!! More

I have never experienced such polite and genuine people like those who work at Boland in Bowling Green MO.
