Don’t waste your time coming to this dealership shop, they will waste 2 months or more of your time while your vehicle sits in the lot untouched. I took my vehicle in February and they said they only r they will waste 2 months or more of your time while your vehicle sits in the lot untouched. I took my vehicle in February and they said they only ran diagnostics on the 1st and 15th of the month which I’ve never heard of and so I had to wait until the 1st. The 1st came around and they didn’t call me. I tried calling and The service adviser would ignore my calls and just txt me one word answers. I had to go in person to get answers and my vehicle was in the same spot the tow truck dropped it off at. They said they were waiting on parts and weeks passed again and no communication from them at all. Finally they said they had parts and would start on repairs at the end of the week. I gave them another chance and again nothing was done my vehicle was still in the same parking space. At this point March had gone by and it was now April. I got tired of waiting and I had my truck towed to another dealership that took my truck in and got it up and running within 4 days. Absolutely don’t even think about going here the customer service is horrible and they don’t really seem to care to get your vehicle back to you at all. If I could give zero stars rating I would. Please don’t waste your time, they will only give you the run around and never actually get anything done. More

I brought my explorer in to have a cooling fan relay, horn harness and fuel door worked on. Dropped it off on Thursday afternoon for a friday morning appointment and was told 24 to 36 hours for diagnosis horn harness and fuel door worked on. Dropped it off on Thursday afternoon for a friday morning appointment and was told 24 to 36 hours for diagnosis. Called for an update on Saturday and the service advisor had zero answers and was told the tech was off so no work was completed. Call again Monday for an update found out that the cooling fan relay was part of a recall but tech was pulled off my vehicle to work on another vehicle for another tech (still no work completed. Call Tuesday for an update still no answers on the fuel door or the horn and tech refused to diagnose other problems till the recall is completed. Asked to speak with the service manager and was told their in a meeting and still no call back. Now I've worked at a dealership so I understand I'm not the only customer and I know parts take time but to have zero communication (unless I call them) or progress on my vehicle after 4 working days is inexcusable and makes no sense why the tech wouldn't look at the other issues to get parts ordered to push vehicles out faster is beyond me by the end of day 5 only the recall was finished. I refused the other parts of the ticket to go elsewhere to have the repairs completed. If less then 1 star was a option I'd give it 0 stars More

I am a customer for life! From start to finish the best car buying experience ever. Period. I stumbled across this dealership and came in, just for an oil change. While waiting for my service, a stroll across the street and looked at new trucks. Again, just another great experience that led to a new truck sale. Travis (GM) and Colton (Sales) and every interaction with any other employees was just fantastic. More
