Although I had an appointment for service, because they were very busy, it took an hour and a half for a tire rotation/check up. Next time I will drop the car off so I don't have to wait there. A simple tire rotation for 15000 Mike service took 1. 5 hours. My service notes had note that I said I had a tire losing air. I did not say that. I was told I had a nail in tire and I paid for repair. I n 5 hours. My service notes had note that I said I had a tire losing air. I did not say that. Told me I needed a bunch of unnecessary repairs and wanted $10,500 said repairs… on a car that’s only 7 years old. Got a second opinion from an honest mechanic and it’s not even going to cost 2k.
