I’m extremely disappointed in the service I received at Cleveland Ford. My family has purchased two vehicles from Larry Hill Ford — which is now Cleveland Ford — and we were always treated with respect and Cleveland Ford. My family has purchased two vehicles from Larry Hill Ford — which is now Cleveland Ford — and we were always treated with respect and care. Unfortunately, that level of service is completely gone now. While my mother was in the hospital after a terrible accident that nearly took her life, my 2014 Ford Escape suddenly shut off in the middle of traffic. It was terrifying, especially during such an already stressful time. My vehicle only had 91,000 miles on it, and I had always kept up with the scheduled maintenance. What makes this worse is that I had paid $2,500 for a service contract that I never even got to use it was a 2014 vehicle with only 91000 miles. My money completely gone down the drain. When I reached out to Cleveland Ford for help, I was met with zero compassion from Joe and his team no effort to stand behind the vehicle or the service contract. They acted like it wasn’t their problem. All they care about his money money money. After Joe inspected the vehicle and told me that it was a transmission problem the cost was more than anyone could afford. Now it's almost end of April and me and my mom have had no car for several months but nobody cares about that. Back when it was Larry Hill Ford, they offered a Lifetime Warranty as a way of giving back to customers who purchased from their dealership. I remembered this and tried to locate the paperwork, but couldn’t find it. There’s also no way to contact Larry Hill directly anymore, so I was left completely on my own. Cleveland Ford has shown me that loyalty and good faith mean nothing to them. Their lack of support and care during such a difficult time is unacceptable. They’ve lost my business and my trust for good. More
