My husband and I was going shopping, but wanted to test drive the 2021 VW ATLAS. Then we were passed to the finance guy Larry which made the whole process easy easy ☺️ and we left with our new 2021 VW Atlas after a deer took out our 2019 VW ATLAS. Chase Mansell is fabulous to work with! After several dealership interactions and test driving a number of vehicles, we found a Jeep with Luther Cadillac that looked like a promising vehicl After several dealership interactions and test driving a number of vehicles, we found a Jeep with Luther Cadillac that looked like a promising vehicle for our daughter. Not only was Chase incredibly patient with all of my communications via text, but he was never once pushy or made me feel like I was an easily replaceable buyer. It was the perfect happy medium you rarely find with dealerships and salesmen. He answered all of my questions, never felt like I was over or under promised on anything, and he just made the process simply comfortable. Additionally, this was a purchase for our 16-year-old daughter. When Chase learned of this, he offered to place the vehicle in the bay with a plaque and a big red bow on it for my daughter to see the car for the first time. I have never had a dealership do something like that for a used car and certainly never show the kindness and above and beyond service Chase did. I was certainly impressed not only with the service, but with the man himself helping us and being apart of this big day for my daughter. The vehicle feels sturdy and well looked at and updated by the inspection and service team members. I felt like I found a dealership that actually takes pride in delivering safe, sound vehicles to their clientele. I only leave reviews when they are earned and let me tell you, this was earned. If you are looking for a dealership for a used or new car purchase, look no further. Chase will provide you with the service we all hope to find as buyers. Thank you again Chase, for everything.
