Didn’t fix mirror properly, left tape marks on paint, didn’t run a VIN check before selling and expected me to do it a week later. Was given impression I got two keys but after signing paperwork, only got one key, HOW SELLS A CAR WITH ONE KEY? I have bought many used cars in my 64 years and never got one key. The car broke down on the highway less than two weeks later and they hung up on me when I called for assistance, I had to call back 3 times, and I bought a full 3 year warranty. They finally got a tow truck, which I had to pay for. They had the car almost a month and traded out the loaner twice. I got several vague answers as to what was wrong with it, all different and the mechanic immediately wanted to know what I had done to it! The mechanic “ Taylor “ was rude through the whole process even telling me how lucky I was to be getting the service free and a loaner since I had bought a used car! I requested all the invoices and order info ( including shipping info) for parts etc. my daughter picked it up and they gave her my invoice, and insisted that was all I could have. I truly believe they are lying about what is wrong. They did not clear the service needed screen nor get the VIN check while they had it. They came to get it and said an hour ( I work 50 hours a week), then brought it back 2 hours later with a quarter tank of gas gone and around 70 miles put on it. The dash now rattles and there is a piece of goal stripping hanging from the bottom. I called and it’s my problem not theirs. I had driven it the day before and no rattles in dash, none. I have never betrayed so bad by a business and urge everyone to STAY AWAY from here. Very shoddy and shady practices . I am talking to an attorney about any recourse I have. I have the texts where they were so awful and my ignored requests. More

Had sneaky extra charge of $4000. 000. Which is false advertising. Ignition had issues which they would not fix. Tricksylije every dealer. Would appreciate a refund for extra charges a 000. I had an oil change and the tires rotated along with a multi point inspection. Every thing was ok except no one noticed that I had a tire that was bad. 2 days after I had the service done I took my car multi point inspection. Every thing was ok except no one noticed that I had a tire that was bad. 2 days after I had the service done I took my car to a local tire shop and asked them to check out my front driver side tire because is was making noise and causing vibration in the steering. Apparently the tire was beginning to separate and also had some cupping from wear. I ended up buying a new set of tires because another tire was showing similar signs of wear. Honestly, I think this should have been noticed when I was in the service dept. More
