I joined the Subaru Superstore in June of 2010 after retiring from a 30-year career in another business. I truly enjoy selling a great product and working with the superb staff here. My wife and I moved to Gilbert from Denver 7 years ago. Two of our three children live in Gilbert, and we love spending time with them. My hobbies include mountain biking and skiing.

THE BEST SERVICE FROM THE START TO THE END ! My day started with a trip to Subaru Superstore in Chandler , Arizona where i met up with my salesperson Charlie Webb. this would turn out to be a gre My day started with a trip to Subaru Superstore in Chandler , Arizona where i met up with my salesperson Charlie Webb. this would turn out to be a great day to buy a car, we all know most of the time buying a car can be a very long and not so pleasant time. My day was great from beginning to end. I was treated as a special customer by Mr Webb, and given his full attention during the whole process, of the new car purchase . After the sale was complete, it was then time to head to the fiance department to finish all of the paperwork and signing of the documents. That is where we met up with Mr Pierre Evans to finish i our paperwork. We found him to be very knowledgeable about his job and very helpful to us in explaining the process to us. So to sum it up why i think you should buy a car from Subaru Superstore in Chandler , Arizona. First They are very honest and fair in their dealings with you, and their word is their bond. A purchase experience that earned our loyalty I surprised my wife by turning into the driveway at the dealership with the intent of my wife and I test driving the various SUVs offered by Subaru to I surprised my wife by turning into the driveway at the dealership with the intent of my wife and I test driving the various SUVs offered by Subaru to narrow our search to one model. Charlie Webb spent a lengthy time with us in the Certified Pre-Owned area at the dealership examining the available vehicles, educating us on the features, and discerning our required and desired qualifications for a vehicle. He helped us identify the Forester as the vehicle meeting my wife's feature requirements for the vehicle. Charlie spent fifteen minutes with my wife explaining the features of the vehicle as she prepared for a test drive. The test drive consisted of a demonstration of the features and safety capabilities of the vehicle on highway and city driving. My wife determined this was the vehicle that exceeded her expectations. Charlie presented the pricing options for this vehicle and several comparable vehicles. His no pressure approach was appreciated because otherwise we would have walked. We decided to go home and examine our finances, discuss the different vehicles, and pray for guidance. We told Charlie we wanted to return the next day to try and complete a sale. He agreed to call us after arrangements with another customer he had previously promised to meet were complete. He called us later that night to discuss our meeting the next day. I called Charlie the next morning with a counter offer that I would bring a cashiers check to close. Charlie called back soon to say the deal was accepted and arranged a time to complete the transaction. We took our mother with us for the return visit. Charlie reviewed the documents, the documentation for the vehicle, and the Car Fax. He agreed to put my wife's alumnus license plate holder on the auto. Kent Beck guided us through the finance process. Kent was pleasant, efficient, and informative throughout the process. Charlie introduced my wife to her new car. He reviewed the features, programmed the clock, and helped us synch the blue tooth with her telephone. We left with a great car and a great experience. More
