We had a wonderful experience buying our Subaru Forester from Kenny Ross Subaru. Our salesman Joshua was extremely knowledgeable and personable. Wait time was too long. We had made a 2 pm appt to purchase the car. It took over 3 hours til we drove out of the dealership. Damian was great. It would have been helpful to have known in advance the wait time as we did not anticipate being there all afternoon when we had a scheduled appointment. We did not need financing and thought things would have been more streamlined. Everyone was pleasant but the finance manager was definitely overbooked; albeit it efficient and friendly. More
