Our salemen needed help with computer work, had to get someone else to help him to complete the paperwork. This was our first subaru coming from a ten year old basic vehicle. Was not given a walk through someone else to help him to complete the paperwork. This was our first subaru coming from a ten year old basic vehicle. Was not given a walk through of the car we were getting, showing us all the controls and functions. In my opinion this should have been done while we were waiting for the finance guy to get to us. The we had to leave by a certain time so I could get to work on time. Therefore, when we got everything signed, he gave us the pink slip so we get going and was told that all paperwork would be mail to us. As of 13 day later and one phone call to his voice mail, no paperwork yet. Not a very good experience at this dealership. More
