The process was very lengthy (5 hours) I was trying to get my new CR-V for the sale price which would have afforded payments under or around $300, instead, my payments went up to almost $500. Was asked get my new CR-V for the sale price which would have afforded payments under or around $300, instead, my payments went up to almost $500. Was asked to return so that Charlie, the finance manager could recalculate my payments which went down $2. For me, even though the salesmen were very nice and courteous, I don’t feel I got a good deal as I had on my previous lease.🤷🏻♀️ More

All was good with the salesperson Brandon. He was very helpful. Then I sat with the Finance man, Charlie. He tried really hard to sell me a warranty package. His tactics got a little demeaning and overly assertive. It was obvious, he stood to make money from the sale of a warranty. He pushed so hard, it was a turn off and I didn’t buy one. He soured the overall experience. More
