Generally, we didn't feel valued as much as we'd expect spending $37,000. We've been treated with much greater care and appreciation at a restaurant after spending $50. Overall, it's a great car but there are a few issues that I want to provide feedback on. 1) We ordered the door edge "film" and instead had to pay extra for the door edge "guards", which we did not want because they look worse. In addition to looking worse, surprisingly, the door edge guards on the rear doors do not go up high enough on the door and we already have a chip in the paint because of that. 2) We offered to buy an extended warranty for $3,000, which was about $1,200 below what your price was. Just want you to know that your financing person, I think his name was Charlie, turned that offer down immediately and didn't counter any discount whatsoever, so we did not get any extended warranty. It is hard to understand that you left $3,000 on the table for a warranty that might never be used. 3) When we first were presented the car after delivery, I immediately had to point out that there was a large 6-8 inch scratch on the front right wheel well where all the paint was scraped off. It was obvious and looked awful. That got me inspecting the car more closely, which lead to... 4) There was a loose panel between the drivers door and the dash that I had to snap into place. 5) Some of the weather stripping around the doors were not pushed on all the way. 6) The weatherstripping on the bottom of the right front passenger door has a slice in it. Again, it's not hard to notice these things and care enough to fix them before presenting the brand new car to a customer who just spent $37,000. More

Gave me the worst detail I’ve ever seen on the truck I bought. They didn’t have keys so they made me horrible duplicates. I hate these keys. The tires weren’t aligned, it wasn’t even washed at all. When we bought our Venza from Brent Brown Toyota last May we had a good experience through the sales process. They were friendly and helpful. However, at that time we were promised a second key within 2-3 mo we had a good experience through the sales process. They were friendly and helpful. However, at that time we were promised a second key within 2-3 months. We never received it. I called the dealership several times with no results. I became very frustrated with their lack of resolution over several months of reaching out to them. Recently, I called again and, thankfully, Nicole answered the phone. Once Nicole got involved, Brent Brown Toyota finally lived up to its “bend over backwards” tagline. Her response was fantastic! Nicole went out of her way to take care of us. The issue was resolved the next day. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because it took seven months for someone to finally address our issue. Until Nicole got involved, each time I called everyone seemed to push the responsibility to someone else, but Nicole took the problem head on and solved it almost immediately. Actions speak louder than words! Thank you, Nicole! More

Purchased a new 2024 4Runner, on 9/12/24, they could not find the second key fob or manuals, told us they would find them and mail them to us. A month later and no manual or second key fob! We had some identity verification issues and they were patient in waiting for us to pull our documents.
